Wow.  It’s been two weeks since last I posted on No Man’s Blog.  My disappearance can be explained by the fact that I was hired for a new job at the beginning of the month.  I’m now learning what can loosely be described as the “import-export” business.  It’s something I’ve never done before, so there’s a lot I have to learn.  (But I’m having a great time doing it.)  As many bloggers have said, real life comes first (and blogging comes last), so I had to get real for a while.  I’ll continue to be real, but I hope to spend more time posting on the blog.

When I checked back onto the blogosphere, I was pleased to see that I had several new incoming links.  Ergo, I would like to make a shout out to the following: The Bull Speaks! (he’s been bellowing his defiance at tyranny, injustice, and liberal idiocy since 1962!), Reformed Chicks Blabbing, watersblogged, and Neo-Con Tastic.  Thanks guys and gals.  And here’s back at ya’! 

When I last posted, my status on the TTLB ecosystem was “multicellular microorganism.”  I’m pleased to discover that I moved up six places to “crawly amphibian” in the interim.  So now I know what I always suspected: the TTLB has everything to do with the ratio of incoming to outgoing links.  And since I haven’t posted in two weeks, and since I earned several incoming links recently, I moved up in the ecosystem.  But now that I posted four outgoing links in the paragraph above, I’ll probably devolve into a “multicellular microorganism” again.  Oh, well.  As the man said: C’est la vie.

Anyway, it’s good to be back.
