Here it is:
Section 1. No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once. But this article shall not apply to any person holding the office of President when this article was proposed by the Congress, and shall not prevent any person who may be holding the office of President, or acting as President, during the term within which this article becomes operative from holding the office of President or acting as President during the remainder of such term.
Section 2. This article shall be inoperative unless it shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the legislatures of three-fourths of the several States within seven years from the date of its submission to the States by the Congress.
The Twenty-second Amendment to the United States Constitution was ratified by the requisite number of states on February 27, 1951.
So how does one go about circumventing this inconvenient little puppy?
Well, I guess you get your wife to run for president.

And after that, you get your daughter to run for president.

Think about it. Chelsea Clinton was born February 27, 1980. She’s 27 years old. (Notice that she was born on the anniversary of the ratification of the Twenty-second Amendment?) If Hillary Clinton were to be elected president in 2008 and were to serve two terms, Chelsea would be 36 years old at the time her mother’s term expired. Just old enough to run for president herself!
From Article Two of the United States Constitution:
No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
So you see? Bill Clinton could conceivably weasel his way into the White House for the next sixteen (consecutive) years! And the Democrats would be stupid enough to go for it.
And don’t think for a minute that the idea hasn’t crossed Bill’s corrupt little cesspool of a mind. Or Hillary’s mind, for that matter. Both elder Clintons are power-hungry megalomaniacs who need to be stopped.
Pretty scary, isn’t it?

Well, that means Hillary can’t run! LOVE IT, wish we could enforce it.
Yeah. Too bad we can’t….
