The Changing Tenor Of Obama Campaign Rhetoric

Yesterday morning, Joe Scarborough commented on the changing tenor of the rhetoric emanating from the Barack Obama campaign.

Scarborough noted that the theme in Iowa was hope.  Then he noted that the theme became change when the campaign went into New Hampshire.

Now, notes Scarborough, there’s been a radical transformation in the tenor of the campaign’s message since Obama moved into Pennsylvania.  It just so happens that I have obtained some photos that aptly illustrate that change.

First, a campaign stop in Allentown:

Allentown, Pennsylvania

And a stump speech in McKeesport:

McKeesport, Pennsylvania

And here’s the cover of an Obama book the campaign would rather we not hear about:

The Audacity Of Bitterness

Very interesting.
