So sometime during the past week, Senator–and presidential candidate–John S. McCain went to a bus dealership somewhere in America and traded in the Straight Talk Express for the Bullshit Express.

It’s one thing when Barack Obama lies. We have come to expect that. He’s a nasty, nasty little man and we all know that. But it’s a terribly disheartening thing when I watch a McCain campaign ad laden with lies and then hear a familiar voice say, “I’m John McCain and I approve this message.”
I’m absolutely disgusted. John McCain is a liar.
He’s supposed to be better than that. Or at least he told us he was. Was that a lie, too?
Save yourself, John McCain.
Fire Steve Schmidt. And fire him now!
Just to set the record straight: I am a loyal Republican (have been all my life) who used to be a McCain supporter. That support is is doubtful right now. And I’m not sure he’ll be able to regain my trust in the short time remaining before the election.

Is this the same blog? After weeks and weeks of Obama-bashing, to turn on McCain so suddenly is a fine example of pure misanthropy! Bravo!
Ha. You wouldn’t be the first person to call me a misanthrope. Such monikers make me proud!
Besides, I don’t take kindly to bullshit coming out of anyone’s mouth–Democrat OR Republican.
