The Incredible Disappearing SNL Video
This one’s pretty funny. From the L.A. Land blog of the L.A. Times:
Update: “Saturday Night Live“ pulls bailout skit
Update: A “Saturday Night Live” skit that skewered President Bush, Democrats and homebuyers for their roles in the mortgage meltdown has been removed from the program’s website. The skit, a parody of a CSPAN press conference, ridiculed subprime borrowers, housing speculators and Herbert and Marion Sandler, the real-life couple who built Golden West Financial into a subprime lending powerhouse and sold it to Wachovia before the subprime collapse.
Conservative blogger Michelle Malkin, who called the skit “hilarious, dead-on, and surprisingly honest,” reports that the Sandlers, prominent donors to liberal causes, were “seething over the skit” before it was removed from the SNL website.
The blog Hot Air is also chasing the disappearing video, and notes that, though NBC has taken it down, you can see the SNL bailout skit here, on YouTube. [Effluent: the link provided to YouTube no longer works. A commenter to the Hot Air post provides a download link to the video. That’s where I got it.]
On the message board at the Saturday Night Live website, commenters were accusing the program of censorship for removing the video. “Wow — I’m genuinely scared by your censorship of the CSPAN bailout video,” wrote commenter Dan. He added, “Are you really that evil?”
Yes, they’re really that evil. And they’re really that frightened of people like George Soros and the Sandlers.
Apparently, the video is being removed from YouTube as fast as people can upload it. Anyway, you can watch the video right here on No Man’s Blog, since I uploaded it to my Web server.
It’s pretty much spot on, don’t you think? I didn’t think SNL had it in them to go after the House Democrats like that.
Good for them…for once.

WOW!!! I missed that. I still love SNL.
The troubles are these:
1. Very few people realize that this is true (main stream media will not share)
2. Due to the the fact that ABC/CBS/NBC won’t expose this, most voters will go to the polls uneducated
3. All the fools that caused this to happen will get re-elected in November.
Don’t believe it, check out all the statewide polls.
God Bless America!
